Before you ask
Can you collect today?
Often, yes. Book or message before 12pm for same-day collection. Priority collections within two hours depend on where the driver is.
What size can you carry?
Envelopes up to medium parcels of around 15 kg for now. Larger items are coming once the van is on the road.
Do you carry medicines?
Not yet. We don't carry medicines, clinical samples or other regulated items until we're properly licensed and insured to.
